Doctoral candidates will have the option to invite a Princeton faculty member to participate in hooding on their behalf.  The University chief marshal will be on hand to hood any Ph.D. candidates who will not have faculty member participation and all final masters candidates.  Doctoral candidates are asked to invite their chosen faculty member to participate prior to registering for Hooding and Commencement activities.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at Jadwin Gymnasium.
